Roger Gros, President
Roger Gros is the President of Casino Communication, a premier gaming industry consultancy, and iGaming Player, one of the first licensed marketing affiliates to launch in the legal U.S. online gaming and sports betting space.
A titan of gaming media for over four decades, Gros is the founder of Global Gaming Business (GGB), the industry’s leading trade publication. Under his leadership, he launched an influential suite of titles, including Tribal Government Gaming, Casino Style, Progressive Products Preview (P3), and GGB News. Before founding GGB, Gros spent 16 years with Casino Journal Publishing Group (1984–2000) as Vice President, where he held virtually every editorial title in the house. Gros was editor of Casino Journal, and was also the founding editor of Casino Player magazine.
He is the author of the best-selling book, How to Win at Casino Gambling (Carlton Books, 1995), now in its fourth edition.
Gros’s contributions to the industry have been recognized with its highest honors. He was named "Businessman of the Year" by the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce in 1998 and received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement in Communications Award from the American Gaming Association (AGA) in 2012.
Today, as President of Casino Communication and iGamingPlayer.com, Gros leverages his unmatched institutional knowledge and network to navigate the evolving landscape of land-based and online gaming.
Beck Kingman-Gros, CEO
Beck Kingman-Gros is the best-kept-secret in the gaming and publishing world.
Beck Kingman-Gros is the CEO of Casino Communication and iGaming Player. Her expertise was built from the ground up—starting in the trenches of newspaper publishing.
During her tenure working for a small publisher, she mastered the fundamentals of accounting, advertising, and circulation.
Kingman-Gros continued to hone her experience in the 1990s, working for Logical Solutions International, a hardware and software solutions provider for the gaming & hospitality industries, and Morowitz Gaming, a leading consultant to the casino industry. This combined experience laid the groundwork for establishing Kingman-Gros as a leader with a unique understanding of this diverse market.
In 2002, alongside her partner and husband, Roger Gros, Kingman-Gros co-founded Casino Connection International (CCI), the publisher of Global Gaming Business magazine. Her reputation as a preeminent leader was forged during her tenure with GGB. There, she did more than manage operations—she steered the company through decades of evolution, directing the operations, finance and marketing side of the business. She eventually played the lead role in the strategic handoff of GGB magazine and its annual supplements to UK-based Clarion Gaming, the owners of the most important annual gaming event, the ICE tradeshow.
Kingman-Gros doesn't just understand the gaming industry; she helped build the media landscape that covers it from printed magazines, innovative websites, direct marketing and social media output. Today, she is shaping the future of consulting for land-based casinos, legal U.S. online gaming and sports betting. Her multi-disciplinary edge allows her to offer a unique experience to every partner and client she touches.
